My friends simple risotto

And my coffee tiramisu. Yummy. The first time we had it was yummy with a thick coffee taste, on the second visit it was milder but still spongy and flavorsome. My friend had a strawberry panna cotta but it was a tad sweet. No pictures on that.

Italian bowl (Newtown) & San churros/Yaforia frozen yogurt (Darling harbour)

We had plenty of delights lined up in one day around Sydney as I took my visitor Filzah around town today.

We first headed to Newtown, alright to be honest she brought me to this Italian bowl in Newtown which serves apparently one of the best pastas around here. I was too full so Filzah had her fill :)

After fireworks at night. We had chocolates - San churros with dark and milk chocolates. According to Filzah, the outlets here provided much thicker and creamier chocolates than our counterparts back in Singapore.

Bought a groupon deal at the yogurt place right beside San churros. Quite a deal as I paid only half the price at $5.85 for that much. Many flavours available to us including Belgian chocolate , strawberry , greentea, coconut, mango and so on and so forth. I tried mainly the fruity ones as we were quite sick of chocolates already. Refreshing to cool off the summer heat
